Return Policy

1. Return window

Items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided their appearance, packaging, and included documents have been preserved.

2. Defective items

If a defect is found within the warranty period (24 months), the Buyer is entitled to request repair, replacement, or a refund.

3. How to start a return

• Fill out the form on the support page or email info@witu.life.
• Provide your order number and the reason, and attach a photo if there is a defect.
• Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions.

4. Refunds

Funds are refunded by the same method used for payment, within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
