Privacy Policy
Updated: June 2, 2026
This Policy describes how the Operator collects, uses, and protects personal information through the witu.life website.
1. General provisions
The controller of personal information collected through this website is WITU Corp, principal address 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901 (hereinafter the “Operator”), operator of the witu.life website. By using the website, you agree to this Policy.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details: name, email, and phone — at registration and when placing an order.
- Order and shipping data: address, order contents, and purchase history (when you place an order).
- Technical and usage data: IP address, cookies, device type, and on-site activity (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
- Providing the service's features and personalized recommendations.
- Processing orders, payments, and delivery.
- Informing you about updates and offers (where you have consented to the newsletter).
- Analytics and improving the quality of the service.
4. Health and biometric data
This website does not collect your biometric or health data (such as ECG, HRV, sleep, or blood-work results). Those metrics are processed by your WitU device and the WitU app under separate, in-app consent and terms — not through this website.
WitU is a wellness product, not a medical device; any such data is used for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis.
5. Storage and protection
Information you submit (contact and order details) is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and hosted with reputable U.S.-based providers under appropriate safeguards. We restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
6. Third parties we share with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited data with service providers only as needed: our payment processor (to take payment), our shipping carrier (to deliver orders), and our analytics and advertising providers — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — which load only after you accept cookies.
Using advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time (see “Your privacy rights” below).
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: contact and order data for the life of your account or relationship plus any period required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records), and analytics data for up to 14 months. After that we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to:
- Know about and access the personal information we hold, and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information and withdraw consent.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
9. Do Not Sell or Share / how to exercise your rights
We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of advertising-cookie “sharing,” decline cookies in the consent banner or disable them in your browser. To exercise any right above, email info@witu.life — we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
10. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact info@witu.life and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy; the current version, with its effective date, is posted on this page. For any privacy question or request: info@witu.life.
