Terms of Sale

1. The parties

The Seller is WITU Corp, principal address 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901 (hereinafter the “Operator”), operator of the witu.life website. The Buyer is the person who placed an order on the witu.life website.

2. Subject of the contract

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of a device (bracelet, ring, patch, chest heart-rate monitor) to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods.

3. Price and payment

• Prices are shown on the website in U.S. dollars and may include configuration (material, strap, engraving).
• Payment is made through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by the Operator.
• The payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the funds are received.

4. Shipping

Orders ship across the United States, typically within 5–7 business days. Courier delivery with special packaging is available for luxury items.

5. Pre-order

Some devices are available for pre-order. Shipping timeframes are stated on the product page and are approximate.

6. Warranty

The warranty period for the devices is 24 months. For return conditions, see the Return Policy.
